I think it's fine for us to use social networking tools to reach younger library users and potential users. We have a built-in audience to experiment with, History Day students.
But I remain concerned about people in all generations who don't have much access to computers and other electronic tools. Let's spend some comparable time & energy thinking about how to serve them better.
